Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's strategy, establish a group financial system, establish a sound internal budget and accounting system, standardize tax, financial management, and audit mechanisms
1. Overall preparation/management of the company's financial work, responsible for the company's financial competitiveness and cash flow security
2. Assist the general manager in handling company investment and financing, as well as financial planning for future listings
3. Match the company's development strategy and profit indicators, and provide relevant support for labor costs, product pricing, production planning, value management, and other related aspects
4. Manage the finance department of the company and continuously improve its professional level
 
Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of financial/accounting work experience
2. Possess good professional skills and a certified public accountant qualification certificate
3. Good communication and teamwork skills
3. Experience in IPO related work is preferred
